Concessions for Cambridge and Norwich evening concerts
Concessionary price applies to: under 18s; full time students; Go4Less card holders; Jobseekers. Patrons with a disability are eligible to a free companion ticket if they require a carer to accompany them. Limited space for wheelchair users. Only one concession applies per customer.

Latecomers
Latecomers will be admitted in a suitable break in the performance, unless
the concert is being recorded in which case, you may not be admitted
until the interval.

Refunds

Tickets can be exchanged for another Britten Sinfonia performance or for credit vouchers valid for six months provided that you return your tickets at least 24 hours prior to the performance. Tickets recieved within 24 hours may be offered for re-sale. An adminstration fee applies for these services.
