Britten Sinfonia at Lunch
Our award-winning At Lunch concerts feature Britten Sinfonia principal musicians performing major works from the chamber repertoire. This season our At Lunch concerts explore Britten’s chamber music alongside his influences and contemporaries. Drawing inspiration from the programmes will be new commissions from emerging and established composers.
Britten Sinfonia At Lunch was awarded the RPS Chamber Music Award 2009.
The Cambridge concerts are recorded for future broadcast by BBC Radio 3.
The series tours to Brighton, Cambridge, London and Norwich.
