A tenner for a tenor
In April 2011 Britten Sinfonia launched A Tenner for a Tenor, a fundraising campaign for a new commission by Jonathan Dove for tenor, Mark Padmore and Britten Sinfonia. This short film was created to promote the campaign.
Purcell Remixed
Following a project with Britten Sinfonia young talented musicians from Future Projects and Norwich County Youth Orchestra present ed their remixes of classic tunes by 17th Century composer Henry Purcell at Norwich Theatre Royal. The young musicians performed alongside Britten Sinfonia musicians and workshop leader Kit Downes.
Before and After
We interviewed members of the audience before and after our Cambridge concert in November 2010 which featured Barbara Hannigan and Richard Watkins
Ulrich Kreppein - Windinnres
In March 2010 Britten Sinfonia premiered Ulrich Kreppein’s new work, Windinnres during the 200-10 At Lunch series. Wash Media filmed the performance at West Road Concert Hall.
