Suzanne Loze’s early violin studies were with her grandfather, before going on to study with Erika Klemperer at the Guildhall School of Music.

She graduated in 1985 to become a freelance player with various orchestras, working mostly with the London Mozart Players. In 1988 she joined the Bournemouth Sinfonietta and became co-principal 2nd violin until the orchestra’s demise in 1999. Since then she has freelanced with many of the London orchestras including the RPO, the Philharmonia, the London Sinfonietta, Britten Sinfonia, CLS, ENO and many others. She has also played for London shows such as Phantom of the Opera. Suzanne currently leads the Essex Chamber Orchestra, and teaches violin at Brentwood School.
