Join us for a special showcase celebrating Collection Connects, a collaborative and inclusive project led by Britten Sinfonia in partnership with Nene Park Trust.
Bringing together participants from Cresset Day Centre, Longueville Court Care Home, St Botolph’s Primary School and West Town Primary Academy, the project invited people of all ages to explore the Peterborough Sculpture Collection along the Thorpe Meadows Sculpture Trail.
Through guided experiences and a series of creative workshops led by composer-facilitator Raph Clarkson and Britten Sinfonia musicians, participants shared ideas, made connections, and created original musical responses inspired by the sculptures.
This showcase event presents a film capturing the journey of the project, alongside the creativity and collaboration that emerged along the way.
Come and celebrate the voices, stories and achievements of everyone involved, and experience how art, music and community can come together in inspiring ways as part of the Peterborough Celebrates Festival.
