RETURNED TICKETS POLICY
Please note that this policy relates only to events where Britten Sinfonia itself is selling tickets via Ticketsource. Where tickets are being sold via other venues, different policies may be in place.
For events being sold via Britten Sinfonia’s Ticketsource account, refunds will only be returned tickets if:
• The event is sold out, or
• Britten Sinfonia does not have another event currently on sale in the area. If these do not apply
However, if the above conditions do not apply, you can exchange your tickets for tickets to another upcoming Britten Sinfonia event.
